A native of rural Lancaster county, Pennsylvania and graduate of small town, USA, Dr. Clayton Stitzel has served in and assisted with numerous non-profit organizations with local, national, and international focuses. Dedicating his professional career to the advancement in the field of treating idiopathic scoliosis has created a unique array of leadership opportunities which he has incorporated into this literary effort. Blessed with a loving wife and children, Dr. Stitzel continues to learn, develop, and promote best practices in leadership and team building.
Dr. Tony Blair has been leading faith-based nonprofit organizations for nearly 35 years, leading teams of mission-driven staff and volunteers to “roll rocks” of all sizes and shapes. He is currently President and Dean of Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, and Senior Pastor of Hosanna! A Fellowship of Christians in Lititz, Pennsylvania. He has authored numerous articles and books on leadership and related matters, trying to preach what he practices. He and his wife Carol live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Paul De Rose has been involved in the creative arts for over 25 years. As an actor, writer, director and producer, he has created and
developed a wide variety of projects. He has worked for Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures and Sight & Sound Theatres in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He has led many teams, most often in the areas of production, but his happiest moments come when he is using comedy to tell intriguing, redemptive stories. Paul lives in Lancaster County with his wife, their two children, and a dog who also loves
